Previous experience of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a similar role.
An elevated and energetic Conversationalist, engaging Guests with lively discussions and building a good rapport with them.
Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights
Exceptional Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience for our guests.
Proficient in Reservation Systems and Guest Management Software.
An appreciation for fine dining experiences and ease and familiarity with food and beverage menus.
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.

Discerningly places Guests at the most appropriate tables, ensuring that Table Settings are arranged in accordance with FIVE’s Luxurious Standards.
Supervises the H ost/ H ostess T eam, offering crystal-clear Direction, expert Guidance, and unwavering Support, ensuring the delivery of a n exquisite level of service.
Identifies VIP G uests and provides them with Personalised Attention and our Boundary-Breaking services.
Fosters open lines of communication with the Restaurant Manager and other Department Heads to ensure Seamless Coordination between departments.
Engages in close collaboration with the Culinary Team and Waitstaff to manage Guest Expectations, accommodate Special Requests, and guarantee the Punctual Delivery of our delectable cuisine.
Skillfully suggests Menu Items, Beverages, and Promotional Offers to enrich the guest experience and optimise revenue generation.
Forges a strong partnership with the Marketing Team to promote Restaurant Events, Offers, and Loyalty Programmes, elevating the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
Ensures that the restaurant entrance, waiting area, and host/hostess stations are maintained with Meticulous Cleanliness and Impeccable Organisation.
