Hard Services Assistant Manager

Essential: 

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical/Civil engineer with extensive facilities management experience and knowledge or related courses.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience on site installing and commissioning or supervising as a HVAC Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer. 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at managing a team of engineers, contractors or skilled staff.
• Must have technical hands on experience and knowledge of all the below systems: 
• BMS Systems 
• Pumping Systems 
• Water treatment systems 
• Electrical systems 
• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (FAHU, AHU, FCU) 
• Heat Exchangers 
• Fire Suppression Systems 
• Keen eye for detail 
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently 
• Strong customer service skills 
• Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards 
• Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently 
• Ability to use common tools 
• Ability to understand and follow directions as given

Desirable: 

• Prior experience in a Hotel, Hospitality/Leisure Facility or Construction Company
• Electrical, Lighting knowledge 
• HVAC knowledge 
• Power Distribution knowledge 
• Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression knowledge 
• Civil, minor fit out works knowledge 
• Plumbing knowledge
• Prior experience in a Hotel, Hospitality/Leisure Facility or Construction Company
• Implementation, technical & working knowledge of any Facility related Equipment/Devices 
• CMMS System experience such as MAXIMO,CAFM or similar software’s
