The Gym Sales and Operation Manager plays a crucial role in the success of a fitness facility
(Boutique specialist martial arts) by driving membership sales, corporate collaborations and
ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires a dynamic individual who can engage
with potential members, promote events and collaborations, and maintain a welcoming

Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential members and corporate partners to promote gym services,
membership options, and collaboration events.
2. Facilitate the sales for the Gym classes events and others.
3. Manage daily operations, ensuring the gym is clean, organized, and fully stocked with
necessary supplies.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new
members and deliver events.
5. Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
6. Monitor and report on membership sales targets and operational performance.
7. Coordinate with fitness trainers to schedule classes and personal training sessions.
8. Maintain accurate records of memberships, payments, and cancellations.
9. Provide excellent customer service to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
10. Participate in community outreach programs to promote the gym and its services.
