About the Job:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive to join the Concierge Team in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:


  • Engage in meaningful conversations with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs proactively to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Provide clear travel directions and assist with transportation arrangements, including limousine bookings.
  • Handle guest requests efficiently using proper communication and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Maintain records of guest requests, reservations, and activities through E-Concierge and Traces for tracking purposes.
  • Assist guests in booking and organizing sightseeing, shopping, cultural experiences, and dining reservations.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, transportation, and entertainment options to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction from arrival to departure, adhering to Jumeirah and LQA standards.




About You:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • A minimum of 2 years of Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.
  • Fluent in English and an additional Russian or European language. 
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with effective organizational skills for handling multiple responsibilities.
