As the face of our hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for their stayEfficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detailHandle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyProvide comprehensive information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions in SharjahCoordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure their comfortMaintain a neat and organized front desk areaProcess payments and manage guest accounts with precisionUphold the hotel's standards of excellence in customer service and professionalismAdapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProcess all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteouslyMaintain detailed knowledge of the Hotel’s fire, life and safety systemProudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling QualificationsPrevious experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar role within a luxury hotel preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer serviceStrong attention to detail and efficient problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in hotel management software (OperaCloud preferred) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysFluency in English (both written and spoken)Fluency in Arabic is an advantageKnowledge of local attractions and services in Sharjah and the surrounding areasCultural sensitivity and awareness to cater to a diverse international clienteleAbility to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactionsStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
