Job Summary:


We are looking for a Guest Relations & Concierge Executive to provide an exceptional patient experience by ensuring a warm, welcoming, and seamless journey for all visitors.


As a Guest Relations & Concierge Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring they feel valued and well cared for from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients, assisting with their needs, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable visit.


The ideal candidate should have strong customer service experience, preferably from a healthcare, hospitality, or luxury service background, with a proactive, patient-centric approach and be passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.


Key Responsibilities


  • Guest Relations & Patient Experience:
  • Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival.
  • Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process, guiding patients through their journey.
  • Offer personalized assistance, addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide information about the clinic’s services, appointments, and procedures.
  • Handle patient feedback and resolve issues efficiently to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Concierge & VIP Services:
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements, special requests, and accessibility needs.
  • Coordinate VIP and international patient services, ensuring a high level of hospitality.
  • Offer guidance on local amenities, hotels, and other services as needed.
  • Appointment & Scheduling Support:
  • Work closely with the reception and administrative team to optimize scheduling.
  • Assist patients with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Send reminders and follow-ups via calls, SMS, or digital platforms.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Liaise with medical staff, nurses, and administrative teams to facilitate a smooth patient experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality when handling patient information.

Understands, follows and supports all hospital infection control programs
