Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Guest Relation Executive (Rooms) to enhance our guests' experience by providing personalized service and ensuring their stay is exceptional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests upon arrival and departure with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a personalized welcome and farewell.
  • Room Management: Oversee room assignments and ensure that all guest requests and preferences are met efficiently.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively.
  • Guest Experience: Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guests' stay.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and issues are resolved swiftly.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback and conduct follow-up to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • VIP Management: Ensure special attention is given to VIP guests and manage their specific requests and requirements with discretion.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and handle any administrative duties related to guest relations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest relations or front office role within the hospitality industry, preferably in Dubai.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Russian is required and must
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to guest concerns.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest needs, including working various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
