Role Profile:


We are looking for an ambitious and driven App Marketing Manager to join our rapidly expanding international team at Property Finder. This role offers an exciting opportunity for continuous professional and personal growth within a company that thrives on trust, autonomy, and a performance-driven culture. The position, based at our Dubai HQ, allows you to make a significant impact on the performance of the business and the positioning of our brand, providing you with the independence to shape your role and achieve remarkable results.


In this role, you will primarily focus on app marketing and will also have the opportunity to work on branding campaigns and mobile app marketing. You will manage digital marketing activities across five markets, contributing to a global expansion strategy. A key part of the role will also be collaborating closely with our Product and Native App teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of app marketing strategies.


Responsibilities and Experience:


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing data-driven campaigns that deliver outstanding ROI, both in the short term and through longer-term brand impact. Key responsibilities include:


  • Establishing, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of mobile app paid advertising initiatives to drive app installs and increase user engagement.
  • Collaborating with the Product and Native App teams to ensure marketing strategies align with app developments and drive product adoption.
  • Taking ownership of App Performance Marketing and utilizing key tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Annie, or Google Analytics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Bringing expertise in SKAN (StoreKit Ad Network) and iOS optimization strategies to maximize app marketing performance, particularly within the evolving privacy and attribution landscape.
  • Demonstrating expert knowledge across all performance marketing channels, including Display, SEM, Paid Social, and App.
  • Developing, executing, and optimizing all aspects of paid marketing campaigns, including keyword development, ad copywriting, audience segmentation, bid management, and budget allocation.
  • Analyze paid marketing KPIs by channel/campaign and dynamically reallocate budgets to maximize results.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing plans for each country and forecasting targets and KPIs for paid marketing channels.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, design, and branding teams to align and execute cohesive strategies.
  • Providing regular performance reports, forecasts, and trend analysis to guide future campaigns.

Essential - Attitude, Knowledge, Education, and Skills:


  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in tracking tools such as Google Analytics and a deep understanding of digital marketing and branding KPIs.
  • A solid technical understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and channels, particularly mobile app marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of SKAN and iOS optimization strategies, including the ability to adapt to evolving privacy policies and optimize attribution for iOS apps.
  • Exceptional organizational and structuring abilities to manage multiple initiatives seamlessly.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in App Performance Marketing, particularly with tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, Annie, or Google Analytics.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
  • Highly curious, innovative, and able to think creatively to tackle challenges and drive success.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:


  • International experience and familiarity with the structure of large, dynamic companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and deliver smart, scalable solutions.
