Support HCM based business and technology innovation that drives the organization's management of people, employee experience and adoption of modern HCM platforms

Create deliverables that illustrate how to strategically move the business forward
Lead Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Oracle Cloud applications
Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate resources from other service lines/industries
Lead the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
Lead and manage global delivery teams responsible for activities related to technical workstream during project planning, requirements definition, risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout of application implementations.
Applicable if role has direct or indirect reports - responsible for the management and leadership of an engaged team, promoting collaboration and ensuring that each is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives which are aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yet challenging, realistic and time bound.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in commerce
Master’s degree is a plus in Commerce
10+ years of experience in Human Management Capital across verticals
Change Management experience is a plus
Requires expert, demonstrated knowledge of project management principles, theories, and concepts
Working knowledge of technology-related initiatives and an understanding of the impact on the organization of such initiatives
Demonstrated capacity to anticipate obstacles and plan for contingencies
Effective problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to put forth persuasive arguments
Effective skill at tracking effort and project progress
Demonstrated highly advanced organization and project management skills
Demonstrated strong conceptual and planning skills to analyse projects of broad and diverse scope
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of computing and communications including hardware infrastructure, networking, software, operations, and disaster recovery
Demonstrated ability to integrate critical information across disciplines
Understands how projects relate to other business strategies and initiatives
Project planning, executing, controlling, and closing of success full talent management projects on time and on budget
Develop and manage change management plans for assigned projects executed in large diverse multinational organizations.
Strong knowledge, understanding and HCM implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
Wide experience in playing roles as Project Manager
Experience in large multi-geography global transformation assignments and HCM deployments preferred, UAE legislative experience is preferred
Experience in multiple HCM implementations, preferably an implementation of co-existence model
Proficient in understanding business requirements and advising clients on strategy for HCM technology deployments
Excellent knowledge of features in HCM applications; having the ability to understand HR business needs and accordingly advise on the best business practices of HCM deployments
Experience leading the system implementation of various Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, Previous functional consulting experience with a consulting or software company
