Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced GRC Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting the governance, risk management, and compliance functions within the organization. They will assist in tracking compliance obligations and preparing documentation for regulatory submissions. They will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of the company’s risk management, compliance programs, and governance frameworks. They will support and assist in developing and delivering GRC - related training programs and awareness campaigns for employees, and will help maintain GRC systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. The GRC Analyst will proactively work on internal audits and support during external audits. The GRC Analyst will also have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the organization’s GRC framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of risk assessment reports and suggest risk mitigation strategies.
- Track and update on risk remediation efforts.
- Assist in ensuring the organization complies with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO, PCI-DSS, etc.).
- Support the coordination of internal and external audits.
- Track compliance obligations and report accordingly.
- Support the development and maintenance of governance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Support the policy management process, ensuring policies are reviewed, updated, and distributed regularly.
- Support in monitoring adherence to governance frameworks and recommend improvements.
- Assist in monitoring regulatory changes and updates.
- Maintain GRC systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in developing and delivering GRC-related training programs and awareness campaigns for employees.
- Address employee concerns or questions on various aspects of compliance.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, law, or a related field.
- GRC certifications (e.g., CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, or related areas.
- Good understanding of GRC frameworks and standards.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in supporting the development and executing of audit plans.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing audit reports.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Active listener; Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
