•Support the creation of brand experiences though original storytelling using latest graphic design techniques for consumer-facing brand experience.
• Understand the creative and business needs and determine presentation of illustrative material.
• Conceptualize, create, and deliver graphics for TV, Printers, Social and Digital Platforms as needed for the various channels at Dubai Media
•Use graphic design Adobe software in the planning process and incorporates the Dubai Media vision and identity (as per the specific channel).
• Attend the shoot of the opening titles that are based on shoot base.
• Support project planning and execution by designing scaled material while applying established standards, formats and guidelines, and supervising adaptation from all parties.
• Ensure that all graphic designs are supported by clear ideation, effective use of aesthetics, scale, spacing, colour, and texture all aligned to the guidelines.
• Research and keep abreast of the preferences, market trends, developments in technologies to deliver innovative design elements for all brand experiences.
•Work in partnership with various counterparts across Dubai Media to facilitate executions and acts as the point of contact between partners/agencies concerning design deliverables.
• Prepare visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts and ensures design content meets business requirements.
• Design and prepare art and copy layouts, apply established standards, formats and guidelines.
• Take ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development.
• Work with external agency teams to conceptualize and deliver designs that match Dubai Media’s structural and aesthetic brand standards.
•Participate in launching campaigns and promotional advertisements for series and institution-affiliated programs by preparing graphic designs using various software (Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
•Prepare and submit weekly productivity rate card reports for employees within the organizational unit, detailing time and costs incurred.
•Execute on air broadcast graphics within their specialized field for TV programs, aligning with the program concept and approved standards.
