We are seeking an experienced sales manager with strategic mind to oversee maximizing sales of the company. The sales manager will set realistic expectations and push through on these expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible. The sales manager will be responsible for the operations of a company’s sales force, development, and implementation of annual sales, monitoring performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with clients to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.
Key responsibility:
- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans for golf clubs or facilities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Managing the sales team by setting targets, monitoring progress, providing training, and supporting team members to achieve both individual and team sales objectives.
- Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, including golf club members, corporate clients, and group clients.
- Identifying and developing new customer segments, expanding market share, and enhancing the visibility and appeal of golf facilities through effective marketing and promotional activities.
- Preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data and trends, and making strategic adjustments and optimizations to sales strategies based on insights.
- Overseeing the sales budget, controlling expenses related to sales and marketing to ensure profitability and achievement of sales targets within budget constraints.
- Continuously monitoring trends in the golf industry and competitive dynamics, and adapting sales strategies and business operations accordingly to capitalize on market opportunities.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical proficiency, and a deep understanding of sales management within the golf industry.
1. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related area, such as Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration, is required.
2. With 5+ years’ experience in similar roles.
3. Adaptive personality with the ability to learn and apply new sales strategies quickly and being resilient when facing challenges.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills:
