Our client, a leading global ship management and marine support services company, is seeking a highly experienced Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and transform their global recruitment function. This role will require someone with 15-20 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably within service-oriented and asset-heavy industries. Key responsibilities include:
Transforming recruitment processes to align with global growth initiatives. Leading and developing a centralized recruitment strategy. Overseeing regional recruitment teams. Partnering with senior management to fill executive roles and address recruitment challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming recruitment functions, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to travel internationally.
