Requirements
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and confidently on phone calls and write professional messages for WhatsApp and other channels.
Customer Service Orientation: Friendly, empathetic, and patient in addressing queries and concerns from prospective students.
Persuasion and Influence: Capability to motivate and encourage leads to take the next step towards applying.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate information is provided while tracking follow-ups and student responses.
Time Management: Efficiently managing multiple leads and follow-ups within deadlines.
Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in WhatsApp and basic email communication tools.
Proactive and Self-Motivated: Taking the initiative to reach out, follow up consistently, and stay focused on achieving goals.
Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport and trust with prospective students, creating a positive experience.
