Job Summary
We are looking for a charismatic and accomplished Brand Marketing Manager to join Kerzner International’s dynamic Global Commercial Team. Working together with the Head of One&Only Brand Marketing and the Director of Brand Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing brand marketing strategies for One&Only Resorts and Private Homes, based out of the Kerzner Global Office in Dubai.
The role requires a strong understanding in marketing-communication content across customer touchpoints and B2C channels. The candidate must have proven expertise in creative design, content creation, storytelling, brand awareness campaigns across digital, social and print, as well as omnichannel execution, and project management.
We are looking for a talented, energetic and creative individual, with a least 3-5 years of experience working with luxury brands. The role will report to the Director of Global Brand Marketing for One&Only, working closely with the wider Commercial Team including Digital and Social Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, and each Resort’s local Marcomms Team, bringing alignment and consistency across One&Only’s B2C strategies.
Candidates with strong graphic design, art direction and English copywriting skills are preferred.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Brand strategy management: act as brand industry champion ensuring all communications align with the One&Only brand; collaborate across brand strategies including new resort openings; develop brand guidelines and standards as well as on-going strategic campaigns. Art direction and creative design: develop visual creative concepts and campaigns for omni-channel execution – social, web, email, online and offline advertising. Work with Global Creative Team to manage creatives and agencies to develop ongoing brand campaigns. Storytelling and content creation: develop storytelling strategies; photoshoot management; post-production management; ongoing content creation for email marketing, website, social, printed collateral. Content calendars and omnichannel distribution: management of omnichannel content calendars and channel distribution across owned, earned and paid. Project management: develop creative briefs, execute RFPs, manage brand and marketing agencies, develop visual presentations and oversee project management tools. On-property brand management: assist in the management of brand standards and guidelines across all physical, digital and print guest-facing touchpoints from pre-arrival to post-stay e.g., pre-arrival communication templates, in-room collateral and amenities, F&B collateral, back-of-house displays etc. Sales & Marketing materials: Develop and design Sales & Marketing collateral and materials – brochures, presentations, ad campaigns
Skills:
Strategic thinking and brand strategy – understanding in brand building and clear strategic and imaginative thinking Creative and design –a strong understanding of luxury creative design and knowledge in the use of design programmes including Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote. Omnichannel execution – strong understanding of B2C content communication channels and how they work with one another as part of the consumer journey Digital marketing – an understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEM, programmatic, social, video, display banner ads etc. Copywriting – excellent English writing skills Project Management and communication – excellent project management and communication skills Leadership and communication - proven leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
Proven Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or luxury lifestyle brand working with luxury brands. Candidate can be from agency or client side. Proven track record managing successful brand, content and marketing strategies.
