- Implement effective HR policies to recruit, retain, and develop talent within the organization.
Market & Industry Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in IT networking or data center.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market analysis.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify potential risks to the business and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethical business practices.
- Knowledge of the latest IT networking technologies and trends.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and other business management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
