General Manager - Beauty

MIRA Beauty is seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our beauty division, which specializes in high-quality beauty products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, marketing, and strategy of the business to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Lead the establishment and operational management of Mira’s beauty studios across all projects.
• Develop and implement business strategies, operational standards, and quality control measures.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of beauty professionals and administrative staff.
• Create marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate beauty services with overall project offerings.
