Responsibilities

For the General Manager with Experience in Printing:

• Oversee all aspects of the printing production process, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement efficient production workflows and quality control procedures.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients to enhance service delivery.

For the General Manager with Experience in Exhibition Stands:

• Manage the design, production, and installation of exhibition stands and event displays.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Oversee a team of designers and production staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive and cutting-edge.
