Key Responsibilities:
1.Oversee Daily Operations – Manage all aspects of production, supply chain, and administration to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
2.Ensure Efficiency & Profitability – Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
3.Strategic Planning – Set long-term business goals, develop market expansion strategies, and drive overall company growth.
4.Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
5.Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies in production and operations and implement best practices to enhance performance.
6.Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality control standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
Requirements:
1.Industry Experience: Preferably in lubricants, grease, and plastic cans manufacturing.
2.Operations Expertise: Extensive experience in managing manufacturing and operational processes.
3.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
