Job Description:
Oversee showroom operations and implement policies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Develop sales strategies to meet targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
Recruit, train, and manage staff while conducting performance evaluations.
Manage inventory control and direct visual merchandising to create an appealing showroom.
Prepare and manage the budget, optimizing costs and generating performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
Open to Indian and Arabic nationalities
Male, 45 years old and below
Must have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
Must have at least 10 years experience in Retail industry and must be in GM position for 3 years.
Must be proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
