§Ensure agreed standard of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all areas assigned in accordance with correct procedure and administration
§Maintain all equipment, furniture and furnishings in the premises in good working order in accordance with correct procedure and administration
§Collect the litter in common areas of residentials, commercial building and roads in the premises in good working order in accordance with correct procedure and administration
§Attend clients/costumers complaints and other related requirements swiftly and accurately
§Assist the garbage vehicles driver in emptying the garbage bins in to the truck swiftly and accurately
§Identify and anticipates client/customer requirements and needs to be coordinated to the Site Supervisor as when required
§Perform duties / locations assigned by the company from time to time
§Take corrective action against emergency situations and immediately report to the AS
§Ensure that cleaning standard is adhered to at all times as per the building’s Health and Safety Policies and
§Experience in the Cleaning/Housekeeping industry, ability towork with minimum supervision
§Must be physically and mentally fit to perform thejob requirements
§Ability to demonstrate: Literacy and Numeracy(Basic)
§Must display good manners and tidiness
§Middle East experience will be preferred but isnot essential.
