Job Description

  • Handle daily cash collections and bank deposits.
  • Monitor and reconcile cash accounts and petty cash funds.
  • Maintain accurate records of cash transactions.
  • Prepare daily and monthly cash flow reports for management.  
  • Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports for management, including deductions & benefits.
  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding employee status changes, leave entitlements, and other payroll-related issues.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee payroll and cash handling information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 02 years of experience in an auditing or finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
