Location: Riyadh, KSA or Abu Dhabi/Dubai , UAE About the role The GCC remains one of the most active capital sources globally . The role is to oversee the GCC function of the Global Distribution team and will include coverage of the full spectrum of GCC capital sources, focusing on understanding global and domestic real estate strategies and ensuring the effective distribution of JLL’s most significant and strategic mandates across Investment Sales, Real Estate Investment Banking and Funds Placement. We are looking for an individual who is passionate and highly motivated about adding value and delivering superior results to JLL’s global Capital Markets business. The candidate will work in a team that aims to identify , understand and educate global capital, and to use this knowledge to originate, lead and help execute transactions for JLL’s global Capital Markets platform. The candidate will be a strong team player with ability to form trusted relationships and will remain involved on downstream assignments, from early advisory stages through to execution, utilising the wider resources of JLL along the way. The Global Distribution GCC Lead’s primary responsibilities will be to: Unlock new GCC capital groups with requirements to deploy capital offshore Key Requirements Over 8 years of real estate experience Proven experience in managing client relationships International Bachelor education degree Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to manage a broad range of tasks and responsibilities Strong interpersonal and people management skills with cultural sensitivity and the ability to credibly interact with both institutional and private clients & investors This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in JLL's global Capital Markets business, working with a diverse range of clients and capital sources in the dynamic GCC region.
