The selected candidate will also serve as a board member for Eva Pharma's legal entity in the UAE, contributing to strategic decision-making and shaping the future of the organization.
Prioritize Patients: Lead patient-first strategies to improve healthcare outcomes and enhance access across the GCC.
P&L Leadership: Own the region’s P&L to drive financial success and sustainable growth.
Unlock Business Growth: Launch first-to-market products and execute high-impact projects to seize new business opportunities.
Optimize and Expand: Streamline processes, unlock new opportunities, and drive market expansion with strong partnerships across the GCC and expanding regional hubs

Qualifications
20+ years in the pharmaceutical industry focused on
branded generics in the GCC (UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar). Proven experience
leading commercial managers on the ground in the GCC, with a track record of
achieving financial targets and delivering growth. Strong expertise in business growth, market analysis, and regulatory knowledge Algeria experience is an added asset Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science
