GASContract Posted On: December 26, 2024 Closing On: December 29, 2024 Scope of Work:- Scope of Work for Central Gas System includes the followings: 1.0 Preventive Maintenance Regular Checking Storage Tank Area Check leaks of Gas Tank’s accessories and to rectify immediately if any gas leak is Present Check Gas Detector installed near the Gas Tank for any damage. Main Pressure Reducing and Distribution Panel Leak testing in Pressure Reducing Distribution Panel and to rectify immediately if any leaks are present Confirm if by pass is closed. Check operation of Solenoid Valve No flammable materials should be stored near the P.R.D.P. Roof Network & Droppers To check for any damage to pipes on the roof and get repaired immediately if any damage Paint the pipes in yellow colour if painting is required. Filling Point To check Leak in the Filling Point and rectify if any leak is found. Gas Leak Detection System To check that no Faults for sensor or panel To clean the panel 2.0 Half Yearly Checking Storage Tank Area Check leaks of Gas Tank’s accessories and to rectify immediately if any gas leak is Present Check Gas Detector installed near the Gas Tank for any damage Clean the gas tank and area near the gas tank, to check no flammable materials are stored near the gas tank area Main Pressure Reducing and Distribution Panel Leak testing in Pressure Reducing Distribution Panel and to rectify immediately if any leaks are present Confirm if by pass is closed Check operation of Solenoid Valve No flammable materials should be stored near the P.R.D.P. Clean P.R.D.P and paint if required Check for alarm condition and operation of solenoid valve Roof Network & Droppers To check for any damage to pipes on the roof and get repaired immediately if any damage Paint the pipes in yellow colour if painting is required. Filling Point To check Leak in the Filling Point and rectify if any leak is found. Gas Leak Detection System To check that no Faults for sensor or panel To clean the panel To check batteries and change if required A. Period of Visits : 1. 04 Visits per year for preventive maintenance. 2. Attending Emergency call 24x7 per year. DURATION OF CONTRACT 1st JAN, 2025 TO 31st DEC,2025
