Responsibilities
Management Associate Program: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, campus engagements, interviews, and assessments.
Implement, and manage the end-to-end graduate recruitment program, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives and talent requirements.
UAE National Graduate Program: Create targeted outreach programs and initiatives to attract UAE National graduates.
Develop tailored recruitment strategies to engage UAE Nationals at different stages of their academic and professional journeys.
Internship Program: Collaborate with business units to identify internship opportunities and requirements.
Source, screen, and select intern candidates, ensuring a diverse and talented pool.
Mid & Senior Level Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to attract relevant qualified candidates as well as ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for positions across the organization.
Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and facilitate a smooth transition for selected candidates into their new position.
