الوصف الوظيفي

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Financial Reporting and Management Reporting with expertise in Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Narrative Reporting, Corporate Taxation within EPM, and Cost and Profitability Management.


This role will be integral in ensuring the accurate and effective delivery of financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.

- Provide expertise and input in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and planning across the organization.


- Oversee the implementation of FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), streamlining the financial consolidation and close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.


- Assist & Implement Narrative Reporting for enhanced financial reporting and regulatory disclosures, ensuring transparency and consistency in financial narratives.


- Provide insights and assist in the setup of Corporate Taxation processes within EPM Financials, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and effective management of tax reporting in line UAE corporate tax laws.


- Assist in developing and implementing frameworks for Cost and Profitability Management, providing detailed analysis and insights into cost drivers and profitability across various business segments.




- Collaborate with the finance, tax, and management reporting teams to gather business requirements and ensure the EPM solutions are aligned with organizational goals.


- Conduct UAT, ensuring that all financial, tax, and management reporting solutions meet business requirements and regulatory standards.


- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support for the implemented EPM solutions.


Requirements

Educational Background


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance


Experience


- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial and management reporting, particularly within the BFSI sector.


- Proven experience in implementing Oracle EPM Financials, including EPBCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.


- Strong understanding of corporate taxation processes and their integration into financial reporting systems.


- Experience with cost and profitability management systems, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
