Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure a strong cultural fit.
  • Maintain a database of top talent for ongoing and future real estate roles.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including salary negotiations and offer closures.

  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends and role requirements.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
