About the Client:
A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.
Job Description:
Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, banners, advertisements, digital content, and project presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visual content that effectively communicates the company’s brand and project offerings.
Develop and maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.
Work closely with the project and development teams to create designs for hoardings, signage, and other site-specific materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Qualifications:
40 years old and below
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Must have minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
