Your day to day



As a Stewarding Team Leader at Th8, your daily responsibilities include overseeing the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and dining areas, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You'll lead and support your team through training, supervision, and problem-solving, aiming to maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

We are seeking a Stewarding Team Leader for Th8 who can effectively manage a team to ensure impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in supervising and training staff, managing inventory, and enforcing health and safety regulations. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to team leadership are essential for maintaining operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment.
