Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage painting activities on oil and gas facilities, ensuring high-quality standards and safety protocols are followed.
• Oversee a team of painters and ensure they are properly trained, equipped, and motivated.
• Ensure proper surface preparation, painting, and coating application for various equipment, pipelines, and structures.
• Inspect and monitor the quality of work, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other teams to schedule and complete tasks on time.
• Maintain inventory of painting supplies and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and safely used by the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality control procedures on-site.
• Monitor and report on painting progress, providing updates to management and clients as needed.
• Identify any risks or issues that may impact project timelines and quality and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure the proper disposal of hazardous materials according to regulations.
