Food Technologist

As a Food Technologist you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of food products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet consumer demands, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development of new food products, including formulating recipes and improving existing ones.
• Analyze food samples to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Test product stability, shelf life, and sensory attributes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand consumer trends and preferences.
• Documentation of all processes, formulations, and findings to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Stay updated with food technology trends, regulations, and market demands.
• Work with suppliers to source quality ingredients and materials.
• Conduct training sessions for production staff on new processes and ingredients.
• Support the quality assurance team in addressing any product concerns.
• Perform any other related job duties as requested by the supervisor.
