About the role
Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the Butcher & Still Restaurant along with the F&B Outlet Manager. To assist F&B Outlet Manager in ensuring all employees adhere to Four Seasons standards.
What you will do
Main Duties/Description:
1. Supervise and motivate the team by promoting the ‘golden rule’, and lead Butcher & Still Restaurant services.
2. Be visible in the operations, recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons.
3. Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
4. Be knowledge of Butcher & Still Restaurant operations as well as Four Seasons Cultural and Core Standards, policies and standard operating procedures. Work closely with the team and assist with set-up/cleaning of operational areas.
5. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, Asst. Restaurant Manager and Hotel Manager.
What you bring
• A minimum of at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and/or wine
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
