As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

• Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations within the hotel.
• Supervise and train restaurant and bar staff, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain quality and presentation of food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in creating and implementing special promotions and events to enhance guest experience.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all food and beverage areas.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in food and beverage service, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and trends.
• Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.
• Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation.
• Experience with event planning and catering services.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
