Job Description

Food & Beverage Supervisor


Are you passionate about guest interaction, food, and beverage? Join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and lead efforts to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage operations. You will be a key player in shaping the guest experience and ensuring our F&B operations run smoothly.


What you will be doing:


  • Team Leadership: Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage team to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervision & Delegation: Supervise daily operations, ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Quality Control: Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food and visual appeal in every dish served.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in maintaining stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:


  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
