To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet, "in person" and Anantara App enquiries
To ensure that all reservations are recorded with full and clear information and placed in the system promptly
Upselling private dinner and restaurant offer
To create daily floor sheet detailing reservations
To have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operations including all F&B menus to ensure promptness customer enquiry response
Lias all F&B related operations to all Restaurant Managers and/or F&B Manager for any changes, challenges and special events
To be able to relocate to remote resort location.
