Job Overview
The F&B Operations Director leads the operations of all F&B outlets at a site to ensure the implementation of the strategic and business development plans. With a focus on Colleague development and engagement, this role is responsible for the operational and financial success of the department, controlling all operational budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with external and internal partners, thereby ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of all F&B locations. In partnership with the F&B Strategy & Development organization, the F&B Operations Director is responsible for aligning the site's F&B initiatives with the strategic goals of Miral Experiences and Miral asset management and creating a unique, welcoming and positive dining experience for both Guests and Colleagues.
