Job Summary:
The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will assist the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within an establishment. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the food and beverage areas.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus and beverage offerings that meet customer expectations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
