A Marketing Executive with the global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty, and an essential member of our Fine Fragrance Development team for the SAMEA region while being based in our SAMEA regional head office in Dubai Media City - Your future position?

Givaudan's fragrance teams are present in every region of the world. Years of experience have resulted in a natural knowledge of consumer preferences depending on the segment and geographical location. Our fragrance teams work together to create the success that Givaudan excels at and bring together multiple skills - Sales, Creation and Evaluation, Consumer & Market Insights, Marketing, Pricing, Compounding, Application, Library, Customer Relations, Operations/Production, QC, etc. We have a selection of important competencies present in each region.

Due to increased business activity and project pipelines, we are further expanding our small, friendly, and fabulous Fine Fragrance Marketing team for the SAMEA region and hiring an Arabic-speaking 'Marketing Executive'. You will be part of the regional Marketing and the larger Fine Fragrance Development team, supporting important customer projects and marketing programmes for unique Fine Fragrance solutions. You will support the monitoring, recording and disseminating of market information on new product launches and consumer movements.

You will work in our SAMEA regional head office in Dubai Media City. The role reports to the Fine Fragrance Regional Marketing Manager for SAMEA and offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.

In this exciting role, with a 'can-do’ mindset, you will - 

  • Help design marketing tools to support the long-term growth of the Fine Fragrance categories.
  • Create customer presentations, tailoring Givaudan’s value proposition to the customer's specific needs.
  • Monitor the market movements of strategic brands and customers and update the Development team on the trends.
  • Awareness of the latest market trends, with expertise in marketing storytelling and analysing consumer data.
  • Conduct gap analysis on customer brands to understand potential opportunities and advise appropriate strategies.
  • Shows knowledge and enthusiasm for fragrance and beauty products, trends, important customers, and competitors.
  • Develops and delivers compelling presentations with aesthetic and logical storytelling.
