We are hiring!DiXiO is on a mission to innovate financial messaging, and now, you can be part of it too!We are looking for a Financial Messaging Expert who will help us make our clients happy identifying their need, onboarding them on our platform & answering any of their requests regarding Financial Messaging solutions.Things you will do:You’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customers.Onboard new customersAttend clients' meetings during pre-sales stage Determine customer requirements and goals of his target SWIFT infrastructureDefine the scope of the project, plan timelines, set deadlinesHelp the customer in the technical set-up of its SWIFT platformCoordinate end-to-end testsProvide reporting to management about progress, risks & mitigationsSupport existing customersProvide client support on their Financial Messaging / SWIFT related queriesAnswer to Jira tickets within given SLATrain customer staff on how to use SWIFT / our platformHelp identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clientsOccasionally, travel to client locations to collaborate with their teamsIn parallel, you’ll play a key role internally to help DiXiO grow:Participate in Brainstorming Sessions related to Strategic Initiatives at the companyParticipate in Continuous Improvement Process by sharing ideas for improvementWork with Sales Team & IT Team to imagine future products & servicesProvide guidance and mentoring for new employees and/or colleagues in other departmentsDeliver training for internal teams To be part of our team, you need to be:AmbitiousCurious and InnovativeAutonomousCustomer focusedThings that you need to succeed on this job:3 – 7 years of experience in the fieldStrong knowledge of SWIFT connectivity solutions & other SWIFT servicesStrong knowledge of Financial Messaging protocols: SwiftNet, API, Host to HostStrong knowledge of MT and MX (ISO20022) messagesGood understanding of the financial industry ecosystemProficient in English (any other language is a plus)Why you will love working with us:If you are searching for an organization that is willing to invest in your professional career, look no more.
