Oversee all financial and accounting operations within the companyPrepare and present financial reports and risk analysisEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standardsDevelop and implement strategies to improve financial performanceCollaborate with management to set financial goals and budgetsMonitor and manage all company tax obligationsProvide leadership, direction and management to the finance teamEngage in cost management and productivity initiatives
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
A Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fieldProfessional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent)Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industryStrong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws and regulationsExcellent leadership and team management skillsProficiency in financial management softwareExceptional analytical and strategic planning abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
