Apply now for the position of Financial Analyst (m/f), based in Dubai , UAE. In this role, you will manage and oversee commercial operations within the Diagnostics Finance Department, ensuring smooth execution of the following key responsibilities:


Your role:


  • Invoice Processing and Control: Handle the booking and control of all third-party invoices. This involves verifying invoice accuracy, ensuring payments terms, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Inventory Management and reporting: Administer and maintain Inventory / seed stock on SAP with periodic reporting to the management. 
  • Monthly closing activities including but not limited to Warranty and distributor accruals, reclassification entries in SAP and any other JV postings to make sure that books and records present true and fair view.
  • Close monitoring of Goods Receipt / Invoice receipt and work in progress (open PO report) to ensure in collaboration with logistics department that relevant revenue, receivables and payable to affiliate are booked in timely manner.
  • Assisting performance controlling team with the forecast estimates relating to depreciation, payable, contract assets and liabilities.
  • All cross charges to business segments (internal / external).
  • Asset capitalization as per FRG guidelines.
  • Facilitation of physical inventory and asset count at business partner location at year end / required intervals to ensure the completeness of company’s assets.
  • Vendor creation in the tool in collaboration with logistic, Supply chain and finance department.
  • Analysis on Revenue, pricing, costs, profitability
  • Any other duty assigned from time to time by the management.

Your expertise:


  • Strong accounting and financial principles with a proven experience in financial accounting, controlling or a similar role for 3 years.
  • Hand-on experience on SAP ERP system i.e. FI/CO, COPA. SD & MM
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Master’s degree in accounting or a related field. ACCA / CA would be preferred.
