Financial Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst with experience in the banking industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for MIS reporting, financial analysis, and data management. Exposure to Oracle and T24 (Temenos) is required to support financial reporting and analysis efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, and financial statements.
• Generate financial reports and insights to support decision-making for senior management.
• Work closely with finance, risk, and business teams to provide accurate and timely financial data.
• Utilize Oracle and T24 (Temenos) systems for data extraction, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Support audit requirements by providing necessary financial data and analysis.
