Description
Oversee and manage complex financial projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution, while ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Mitigate risks and provide strategic recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct in-depth financial analysis, feasibility studies, and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track critical KPIs. Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making and optimize project outcomes.Lead the assessment and transformation of finance-related processes by implementing best practices, automation, and streamlining workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives.Develop and execute cost optimization strategies and revenue growth initiatives, including sponsorship agreements and other strategic initiatives, to enhance financial performance without compromising operational effectiveness.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for sustainable efficiency and cost reduction.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree is highly preferred.Must have 6 - 10 years of experience in a consulting firm or industry with expertise in the finance stream.Certifications such as PMP, CPA, CFA or relevant are preferred.Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with a deep understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial modelling.Strong project management expertise, capable of executing complex projects and aligning them with strategic goals.Exceptional analytical skills to interpret financial data and generate insights, with a focus on data accuracy and quality.Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
