Job Title: Finance Supervisor (6-Month Temp Contract, Likely to Extend)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Finance Supervisor to manage accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and oversee a small team. This role requires strict adherence to reporting deadlines and compliance with internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports
• Manage month-end close and ensure timely reporting
• Supervise the finance team, ensuring accuracy in data entry and compliance with company policies
• Handle financial queries, monitor cash flow, and ensure proper debtor management
• Collaborate with internal/external teams on financial processes and reporting

Requirements:

• 8+ years of finance experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP or similar software
• Previous leadership experience in a finance environment
• Degree in Accounting or relevant qualification
• Preference for candidates who can sponsor their own visa

Duration: 6-month temp project, with potential for extension.
