Finance Manager - Business Analysis

The Finance Manager – Business Analysis will play a critical role in providing insightful business analysis to the leadership team, help in driving the digital connectivity of the finance function, and enabling improvement of the financial performance of the business. This role will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and provide valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the financial planning and analysis for the Group, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Connect the commercial contract models and the dynamic business forecasting needs of the business.
• Provide financial guidance and support to executive management and cross-functional teams
• Monitor admin expenditure, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and Head of Finance to ensure forecasting in compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and systems
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ financial performance
• Internal Relations:Frequent contact with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Sales and Marketing departments and other business line controllers. Contact with other departments as necessary.
