Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with department heads to prepare and review departmental budgets.
Forecasting: Prepare regular forecasts to project financial outcomes, identifying risks and opportunities. Monitor financial trends and provide insights to senior management.
Reporting: Generate comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Cost Management: Analyze costs and implement cost control measures to enhance profitability. Provide recommendations for improving financial efficiency.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management and other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
