As the Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CFO and the broader Finance Department. Your responsibilities will span from managing the Finance Committee's calendar and coordinating meetings to handling communications and tracking key projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and providing essential administrative support to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to the CFO, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings. Managing the Finance Committee calendar, coordinating meetings, and tracking action items. Monitoring the CFO's email inbox, summarizing key points, and identifying required actions. Creating and maintaining a recap of current active projects within the Finance Department. Preparing reports on project status for the CFO and other stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in providing administrative support role Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience with project tracking and reporting is a plus.
