Job description

Charterhouse is currently working with a International Destination Partner, specialising in curating unparalleled travel experiences globally and have built up a reputation for operational excellence in the industry. Our client is looking to hire a Finance Assistant as part of the Accounts Receivables team to join their Dubai office. About the role
The Finance Assistant would be integral to maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring seamless transaction processing and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. The role would be geared towards overseeing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment allocations, conducting periodic audits to verify financial accuracy and compliance, preparation of financial reports and cash flow summaries. Additionally, this role would focus on ensuring adherence to company credit policies when liaising with partners and maintaining a proactive approach to outstanding balances.



The Finance Assistant will play a client-facing role as well, acting as the primary liaison for financial queries from external partners and collaborating cross-functionally with operations team to optimize financial workflows whilst facilitating seamless communication on payment processing, outstanding invoices and financial reconciliations.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, ideally within the Luxury Travel/Hospitality or related industry. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, and any additional accounting qualifications would be advantageous. Our client is looking for candidates with a solid grasp of financial principles, accounts receivable processes and credit management, with a strong numerical aptitude. Technically, proficiency in MS Office, alongside any accounting software would be essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure and fast-paced environment, bringing both precision and adaptability to financial operations. Additionally, strong negotiation and customer service skills would be an added advantage.



Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in Russian and English are mandatory for this role.
