Finacle Core Banking Specialist

Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Finacle Data Migration Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience in migrating data from legacy systems to Finacle 11x across modules like Assets, Liability, Customer Data Hub, TF, and more.
  • Execution of 1-2 end-to-end Finacle data migration projects is a must.
• ETL Process Mastery:
  • Proficient in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Skilled in mapping legacy data to Finacle formats, ensuring seamless integration.
• Script & Report Development:
  • Create data migration scripts, data quality rules, and reconciliation scripts independently.
  • Develop insightful reports using SSRS or Power BI.
• Data Validation & Correction:
  • Conduct data validation, correction, and reconciliation for migrated data.
  • Perform multiple mock migrations, iterating and improving scripts continuously.
• Database Management:
  • Strong command over MS SQL/Oracle database management, SQL/PL-SQL, and SQL Uploader.
• End-to-End Migration Activities:
  • Execute pre- and post-migration activities efficiently.
  • Coordinate extraction requirements from surrounding systems.
  • Track progress and proactively report updates to stakeholders.
